Registration is now open!

Please note, that you will need an APS account to submit an abstract and to register for the conference.

• If you have previously been a member, you can login with your member ID and password, or create a new password if you have forgotten your old one.

• If you have not been a member of APS previously, you can create a free account at aps.org.

While you will be able to attend the meeting without being an APS member, we highly encourage you to join the APS and become a member of the regional section Four Corners (4CS) to qualify for the lower registration rate.

Registration Rates for APS 4CS 2025

• Student (Member of APS 4CS): $60
• Student (Non-Member): $90
• Regular (Member of APS 4CS): $100
• Regular (Non-Member): $130
• Exhibitor Setup: $500

If you do not see the lower rate, you might be a member of APS, but you are not a member of the regional Four Corners section (APS 4CS). Being a member of a regional section such as the 4CS is free for APS members. For information on how to become a member of the 4CS, see APS 4CS membership.

Registration deadline is October 8, 2025. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 1, 2025

In addition to the meeting registration fee, there is a $25 fee for banquet attendance (optional). We are planning for a keynote presentation to follow the banquet.

Attention Students:

There is limited support for APS 4CS student members to attend the meeting. For information on how to verify if you are a member of APS 4CS and how to become a APS 4CS student member see APS 4CS membership. The waiver is applied to the $60 cost of student member registration.

Registration Fee Waiver: APS 4CS student members requesting a registration fee waiver code can apply using the following form by October 1st. Please do not register for the meeting until after you hear about the registration waiver: https://forms.gle/HRE62Xwa4s6edJJJ8

To join the regional 4CS section (APS 4CS):

• log into your APS account
• go to https://my.aps.org/managemyunits
• go to ‘Available Units’ and select ‘Section’
• add Four Corners (4CS) to your cart and ‘checkout’
